You can also search on the internet for forums and discussion groups related to the topics related to your business.

One of the important things to remember about networking online is that you need to be respectful of the rules of the networking group that you are a part of. Don't join and start advertising your business!

Instead, join and participate in the community. Be helpful and eventually people will come to know you, like you and trust you. Isn't that what good networking is all about?! :-)

Another important thing to remember when you are networking online is to balance your time spent networking with your other income producing activities. I like to read messages at forums and from my networking groups when I'm taking a break, after I've made some concrte progress on my business for the day.

Now, I'd like to say a word about the unspoken rules of womens business networking ... the reality is that there are going to be some groups where you just don't feel comfortable.
